Return Window
You may request a return within **7 days of receiving your order**. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

How to Request a Return
Please contact our support team with your order number and reason for the return. If approved, we will provide the return instructions and address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed.
